Refund Eligibility
We offer a 7-day refund policy for purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied with your service, or if you’re experiencing issues that we are unable to resolve, we are happy to issue a refund within 7 days of your purchase. Our goal is to make sure you feel confident and comfortable with your purchase.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these simple steps:

1. Send us an email at Help@mojo4k.uk with the subject line: “Request a Refund.”
2. Include your transaction order ID and a brief description of the issues you’re facing.
3. In some cases, we may ask for additional proof to help us better understand your situation and expedite the process. We will also provide relevant information to ensure complete transparency about the situation.


Conditions for Refunds

  • Refund requests are only accepted within 7 days of the purchase date. After 7 days, refunds will not be processed.
  • If we are unable to resolve any technical issues that make the system unusable within 48 hours, we will issue a full refund.
  • For credit card payments, refunds typically take 20 to 31 working days to be processed, but in some cases, it may take up to 90 days depending on the payment provider. Unfortunately, we have no control over the processing times set by our payment processor.

 

Partial Refunds
If you request a refund after 7 days, we will issue a partial refund based on the unused portion of your subscription.

When Refunds Are Not Eligible
We cannot process refunds in the following situations:

  • Setup issues: If you’re unable to set up your box, device, or system, we are happy to assist you through our support channels. However, we cannot offer a refund if the issue is related to personal setup or device configurations.
  • Temporary Service Interruptions: While rare, some channels may experience freezing or buffering due to internet fluctuations, server maintenance, or issues with your ISP. These are typically temporary, and our engineers work quickly to resolve them.
  • Channel or Server Issues: If an issue arises with a specific channel or server, we will work to fix it as soon as possible. If the problem lasts longer than 48 hours, we will either issue a full refund or extend your subscription to compensate for the lost time.
